Mariners

Seattle visits the New York Yankees at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday and 9:35 a.m. Thursday before going to Washington, D.C. to play the Nationals at 3:45 p.m. Friday, 1:05 p.m. Saturday and 10:35 a.m. Sunday.

The Mariners come home to T-Mobile Park to take on the Houston Astros at 6:40 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday ahead of a 1:10 p.m. Thursday matinee.

ROOT Sports Northwest will televise the games live.

Sounders

Seattle meets Phoenix for a 7:30 p.m. Wednesday match at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila before visiting St. Louis at 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Saturday's action can be seen on Apple TV+.

Storm

Seattle entertains the Indiana Fever at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the Climate Pledge Arena and the Washington Mystics come to town at 6 p.m. Saturday.

The Storm visits Chicago at 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Fox 13+ will air all three games.

Reign FC

Seattle pays a 4:30 p.m. Friday visit to Washington, D.C. on KONG.

Seawolves

Seattle hosts Old Glory DC for 7:30 p.m. rugby Friday at Starfire Stadium in Tukwila.

The match will be carried on Fox 13+.

Rainiers

Tacoma entertains the Las Vegas Aviators at 6:05 p.m. Wednesday ahead of 7:05 p.m. games Thursday and Friday.  Saturday's action starts at 6:05 p.m. and Sunday's at 1:35 p.m.

The Rainier's drop in on the Sacramento River Cats at 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Aquasox

Everett hosts the Tri=City Dust Devils for 7:05 p.m. baseball Wednesday through Saturday and for 4:05 p.m. Sunday action.

The Aquasox visit the Spokane Indians at 11:05 a.m. Tuesday.

Emerald Downs

The Auburn oval hosts horse racing starting at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Colleges

Husky baseball

Washington plays Arizona in a 7 p.m. Pac-12 tournament game Wednesday in Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Pac-12 network will show it live.

High schools

Track and field

State Class 4A, 3A and 2A action is scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Mount Tahoma High School in Tacoma.

Field events start at 3 p.m. Thursday and running events 3:30 p.m.

Friday field events begin at 9 a.m. with running events at 11 a.m.

Field and running events both start at 10:30 a.m. Saturday.

Tennis

Boys and girls Class 3A action takes place Friday and Saturday at the Vancouver Tennis Center with Class 4A play in Kennewick.

Action starts at 8 a.m. both days.

Golf

State action concludes this Wednesday.

The Class 3A boys play at Hawks Prairie in Lacey and the Class 3A girls at Eagles Pride in DuPont.

Class 4A boys action can be found at Indian Canyon in Spokane and the 4A girls are playing at The Creek at Qualchan course in Spokane.
