High schools

Football

No, Federal Way Memorial will not be ready to reopen for football this week as originally scheduled.

Two home games have been switched to Auburn Memorial as a result.

Federal Way will be there Thursday hosting Mount Rainier of Des Moines for a 6 p.m. game.

Decatur's home game against Kentwood has been changed to 1 p.m. Saturday at Auburn Memorial.

Todd Beamer and Thomas Jefferson are both on the road and playing at 7 p.m. Friday as scheduled.

Todd Beamer happens to be going to Auburn Memorial to take on Auburn Mountainview.

TJ goes to French Field in Kent to battle Kent-Meridian.

Pros

Seahawks

Seattle visits the Cincinnati Bengals for 10 a.m. Sunday action that will be televised live on Channel 7.

Kraken

Seattle plays a 5 p.m. Thursday game at Nashville before dropping in on St. Louis at the same time Saturday.

The Kraken come home to Climate Pledge Arena to play the Colorado Avalanche at 7 p.m. Tuesday.

Thursday and Saturday's action can be seen on ROOT Sports Northwest and Tuesday's will be on ESPN.

Sounders

Seattle is off until Saturday, Oct. 21 when it visits St. Louis at 6 p.m. on Apple TV+.

OL Reign

The women's soccer team goes to Chicago for its regular season finale at 2 p.m. Sunday on Paramount+.

Thunderbirds

Seattle hosts Wenatchee for 7:05 p.m. Friday action at the Showare Center in Kent before entertaining Brandon at the same time and place Tuesday.

Slvertips

Everett visits Victoria at 7:05 p.m. Friday.

Colleges

Husky football

Washington hosts Oregon at 12:30 p.m. Saturday on Channel 4.

Cougar football

Washington State will be at home in Pullman playing Arizona at 4 p.m. Saturday on the Pac-12 network.

Husky volleyball

Colorado comes to town for 7 p.m. Friday action and Utah visits at noon Sunday.

Pac-12WA will carry Sunday's match.
