Evelyn Bernier of Twin Lakes took first place in three events to highlight the Federal Way performances at Tuesday's Seattle Summer Swim League All-City Meet that took place at the Aqua Club in Seattle.
Bernier's evening started off with her winning the 17th event of the 72-event meet that includes athletes from all over King County.
She took the girls age 9-10 100-yard individual medley in a time of 1 minute, 11.18 seconds.
Bernier followed up by winning the 37th and 47th events as well.
She won the girls 9-10 50 backstroke with a 33.91 effort and the girls 9-10 50 breaststroke in a time of 38.65.
Leonardo DeSimone of Marine Hills was the only other Federal Way athlete to make the top of the awards stand at the meet.
DeSimone splashed to a first place finish in the boys age 8 and under 25 freestyle with a 15.47 clocking.
