The Eagles fought off the Falcons on a cold, windy and wet night on the Kent-Meridian diamond Thursday.

Decatur 10, Auburn Mountainview 4

Decatur returned to Auburn Mountainview for a second straight day Thursday and came away with a second straight win.

The Gators improved their overall record to 5-1.

Mt. Rainier 7, TJ 4

Thomas Jefferson played the host Rams of Des Moines tough in a Thursday loss.

Fastpitch softball

Federal Way 23, Mt. Rainier 17

Federal Way outslugged the visiting Rams in a wild Thursday afternoon game.
