Federal Way travels to Buckley to play White River at the same time with Decatur visiting Kentlake.

Federal Way goes to Foster of Tukwila at 7:15 p.m. Wednesday before hosting TJ at 7 p.m. Thursday as Todd Beamer visits Kent-Meridian.

Girls basketball

Federal Way hosts Lakes at 7 p.m. Saturday and Todd Beamer travels to Mountlake Terrace at 5:40 p.m.

The UW gets a 6 p.m. visit from Michigan State next Thursday on Big Ten Plus.

Cougar men's basketball

Washington State entertains Loyola Marymount at 6:30 p.m. Friday and Oregon State at 4:30 p.m. Sunday in Pullman with both contests streamed on ESPN.

Cougar women's basketball

WSU pays a 6 p.m. Thursday visit to Portland before dropping in on Seattle University at 1 p.m. Sunday and hosting Oregon State at 6 p.m. next Thursday.

Thomas Jefferson travels to Franklin for 7 p.m. Saturday action and Federal Way goes to Bellingham at 2 p.m. Monday.

Decatur plays host to Eastlake at 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Seahawks

Seattle carries a National Football Conference best 12-3 record into a 10 a.m. Sunday game at the home of the 8-7 Carolina Panthers.

CBS will televised the action live and it can also be seen on NFL+.

Kraken

Seattle entertains the Philadelphia Flyers for 5 p.m. Sunday hockey at the Climate Pledge Arena before hosting the Vancouver Canucks at 7 p.m. Monday and the Nashville Predators at 7 p.m. next Thursday.

Sunday's game is scheduled to be shown on ABC but not locally with streaming on Fubo and Sling.
